To place an order take the following steps:
Select your desired contact lenses, liquids or other eye care products on our website. Enter your lens information (such as prescription). Place them in your shopping cart. Once you have put all your desired products in your shopping cart, go to the order summary. Fill in your address and payment details on the order form and checkout. After entering your details, you can checkout and the products will be delivered directly from stock or ordered from the supplier.

The delivery time varies for each product and is listed with each product. The delivery time depends on the availability at the supplier, the stock in the store and the stock at LensOnline. If you need contact lenses urgently, you can place an order directly with the optician in the store and take your lenses home immediately (if in stock at the store).
Tracking your order
The moment your order is shipped from the distribution center, it will show up in your 'LensOnline profile' under the order 'Sent'. You will also receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail with a Track & Trace link so that you can track your order online on the bpost website.
Place of delivery
At home or at work in a LensOnline branch (free shipping) at a bpostPoint at a bpost PostPoint vending machine.
