Step 1
Go through the conditions to see if you are entitled to a refund. You can find these conditions below.
Step 2
Contact us via 03 212 28 28 every weekday between 8.30 and 17.00. Have your order number ready so we can help you immediately. Provide us with your bank account number so we can perform the refund.
Step 3
You will receive a free return label from us so that you can return your order.
Step 4
As soon as your returned order meets all the conditions, we can execute the refund. Keep in mind that this can take 4 to 6 weeks.
Conditions for a refund

minimum amount of purchased EyeDefinition contact lenses must be returned , in the original and undamaged packagin:

At least 4 monthly lenses from a 6 pack

At least 15 daily lenses from a 30 pack

At least 75 daily lenses from a 90 pack
- A claim must be submitted
within 3 months of the date of purchase.
- This satisfaction guarantee only applies to
EyeDefinition contact lenses that are purchased in Belgium or the Netherlands.
- All refunds relate 100% to the costs of the lenses. Shipping costs or fees for eye exams or other services are not included in this claim and will not be reimbursed.
